Our standard hourly rate $120 per hour during normal business hours. There is a 20% premium charged for extended support hours, and a 50% premium charged for support provided outside of this. Our normal business hours and extended support hours are noted in the footer of ever page.
Managed Services Agreements:
1 month of on-call services 24x7x365, starting at $500/month based on the complexity of the network environment being supported. Clients on support agreements receive prioritized access to support resources.
Non-Agreement Support Response is limited to our normal business hours on an as-available basis.
