Founded in 2010, Mike Tisdale Consulting, LLC is a locally owned and operated technology solutions business partner for our clients to integrate with their businesses. We strive to not be an outside resource, but to be an integral one helping our clients plan, implement, and support the solutions that best fit their needs. Due to how we’ve structured our business we rely heavily on our vast connections both locally and nationally to provide our clients with great, responsive, detailed service that they’re looking for with the ability to scale our resources as-needed for specific projects.
Before creating the LLC in 2010, we were predominately a break-fix service whereas we’ve been migrating many of our larger clients over to our managed services product offering over the last year with great success. We are slowly phasing out all break-fix services in favor of our managed services as it represents the greatest value for our clients.
Through the use of our top-of-the-line management and automation tools, we’re able to provide a managed services product that allows us to be alerted to potential issues before they become a source of downtime to your organization. Our fully managed services offering includes guaranteed SLA response and resolution times.
For those that don’t need a fully managed services solution, we also offer a hybrid solution that includes a monthly fee and implementation of the same tools as our fully-managed solution but with labor excluded and purchased separately in blocks of 10+ hours of time for a discounted rate. Note that our hybrid managed services solution does not offer SLA response and resolution times as we are no longer responsible for accepting and declining preventative maintenance labor.
Once we evaluate your network, our managed services product is priced on a per-user or per-device rate that provides for a predictable monthly rate that is easy to budget for current and future growth.
