Managed Service Agreements are billed based on a flat fee based on the number of computers and complexity of your network. Once we evaluate your network, we'll give you a per computer rate that is tailored to fit your needs. Adding a new employee?-just let us know and we'll add another unit to your account. An employee leaving?-same thing, just let us know and your monthly rate will decrease by that same amount.
Managed Service Agreements essentially cover the costs of to manage and secure your network as well as labor from the support helpdesk. Specialty software, equipment, replacement parts, etc are not included and are quoted and billed separately as-needed.
