Network Support

We offer full-stack network support, consulting, and helpdesk services for small to medium sized businesses.

We offer network support contracts that are all-inclusive of on-call support services, helpdesk support, backup solution, and more.

 

Pricing Information:

We offer competitive rates with knowledge and experience behind them.

Our standard hourly rate $150 per hour during normal business hours. There is a 20% premium charged for extended support hours, and a 50% premium charged for support provided outside of this. Normal business hours are Mon-Fri 9a-4p and extended support hours are 7a-9a and 4p-7p.

 

Managed Services Agreements:

1 month of on-call services 24x7x365, starting at $500/month based on the complexity of the network environment being supported. Clients on support agreements receive prioritized access to support resources.
